What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day engagement across multiple CPG brands, helping ensure every interaction feels timely, human, and true to the brand
- Manage and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, tags, and consumer questions across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Join relevant conversations proactively and identify opportunities for brands to participate authentically.
- Serve as the voice of the brand while adapting tone and messaging to fit different audiences and platforms.
- Partner closely with content creators to uncover trends, community insights, and opportunities for reactive or community-inspired content.
- Escalate product concerns, customer issues, legal sensitivities, and reputational risks to the appropriate internal teams.
- Track consumer sentiment, recurring questions, feedback, and emerging themes that can help inform content and marketing strategies.
- Support engagement during product launches, campaigns, seasonal moments, and trending cultural conversations.
- Help maintain response guidelines, community management best practices, and brand voice standards.
- Share regular reporting and insights on engagement trends and community performance.
The ideal candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in social media community management, social engagement, customer care, or social media marketing.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt your voice across brands and situations.
- Experience managing conversations across social platforms and balancing responsiveness with sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, brand, legal, consumer affairs, and agency partners.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in food, consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail, lifestyle, or entertainment brands.
-Experience using social listening and community management tools such as Brandwatch.
- Experience managing multiple brand communities or high-volume social engagement environments.

You'll report to the Director of Content Growth & Strategy and join a collaborative social and content team that includes:

- Influencer marketing specialists
- Designers
- Growth marketing leaders
- Cross-functional brand and consumer experience partners
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
