Our well-known client in the entertainment space is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Localization) to join their team on a 6 month basis with the potential to extend. This role is responsible for coordinating the creation of localized theatrical trailers and other digital international marketing materials that support feature film campaigns. The position includes managing ordering systems and asset management platforms and maintaining detailed schedules for numerous deliverables required to support key campaign milestones.
The role requires collaboration across multiple teams, bringing together objectives from various stakeholders, and identifying solutions that meet a range of business needs.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate administrative needs for the digital asset management platform
- Manage administrative requirements of original source assets to support international market research requests
- Work with managers and senior leadership to establish localization schedules
- Support managers with scheduling related to vendor deliveries
- Coordinate foreign language dubbed trailer audio with internal dubbing teams and confirm receipt of materials by all vendors
- Maintain consistent communication with international distribution offices to address territory specific requirements
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of English source assets and localized marketing materials as needed
- Operate effectively in a fast paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities across multiple global campaigns
- Ensure reliable follow through on small but critical tasks with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and internet based software
Desired Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience within the entertainment industry
- Demonstrates initiative and willingness to ask questions
- Basic knowledge of post-production processes
- Familiarity with international servicing and localization workflows
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems, workflows, and tools
