Production Artist (Agency Creative Team) Our client is seeking a Production Artist to join a fast-paced, in-house creative agency environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative professional who enjoys transforming approved concepts into high-quality, production-ready assets across digital and print channels. The successful candidate will have strong technical production skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering accurate, pixel-perfect work in a high-volume setting. - 2 years of experience in a digital or creative production role
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Experience preparing assets for digital and print production
- Ability to interpret and execute vendor specification guidelines
- Understanding of fundamental design and layout principles
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Excellent time management, organization, and file management skills
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and process-oriented approach to work
- Adapt and version creative assets to meet a variety of vendor specifications and formats
- Interpret and apply vendor ad specification requirements to branded materials
- Prepare final production and print-ready files according to vendor requirements and production best practices
- Update and refine design layouts based on feedback, including copy edits, image selection, cropping, and content hierarchy adjustments
- Utilize Figma design systems and component libraries to build and update creative assets
- Follow established file naming conventions and file organization procedures
- Prepare and organize logo assets for production use
- Perform quality assurance reviews and audit files for accuracy and completeness
- Support production workflows and contribute ideas for process improvements
- Maintain accurate time tracking across assigned projects and tasks
- Communicate project updates and priorities in a timely manner
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Experience with email marketing platforms
- Print production experience
- Advanced image editing skills
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- Experience working within an agency or high-volume creative environment
