What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales & Business Development Manager position at Creative Circle?
This is a Full-Time Sales & Business Development Manager role that our client is hiring for. The base salary is $65,00-$85,000 and this role is eligible to earn commission. The ideal candidate is able to go in the Southlake, Texas office.
About the role:
-Run full-cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, close.
- This is a small team, no SDR/AE split you own the deal from cold to signed.
-Demo the product live, every day. Web, mobile, calculators, comparison flows.
-Build pipeline against title companies and brokerages in target markets. The product is a real estate tool.
-Outbound, referrals, conference floor work; whatever produces.
-Stay on top of customers post-close: clean handoff to product and support, watch for expansion signals, keep the relationship warm.
-Bring field intel back to the team. What are prospects asking for? What objections keep coming up? Product wants to hear it.
AI-first means:
-You're using AI to research every account before the first call between corporate structure, recent news, decision-makers, existing tech stack all in the time it used to take to skim a LinkedIn page.
-You draft outbound sequences in Claude or ChatGPT, A/B test them weekly, and track what actually books meetings.
-Every call is transcribed (Gong, Fireflies, whatever); you use AI to surface objections, intent signals, and follow-up actions automatically.
-And just like marketing: you don't send emails that sound like AI wrote them. You use AI to spend less time on prep and more time on the phone.
What you'll bring:
-3 years in B2B sales.
-Quota-carrying, full-cycle preferred.
-Real estate, fintech, mortgage, or SaaS-into-title is a strong plus.
-You actually love calls.
-Strong demo instinct.
-Disciplined pipeline hygiene.
-Comfortable in a modern sales stack CRM (HubSpot or similar), outbound tooling, call recording, scheduling.
Nice to have:
-Sold into title companies, brokerages, mortgage lenders, or proptech-adjacent buyers.
-An existing network in DFW real estate, or in another major US market.
-Experience running webinars, speaking on panels, or working trade-show floors.
-Comfort with the math side of the product.
-Location Southlake, TX preferred -being in the room with the founder and product team accelerates everything.
-Remote considered for the right person, especially someone with a strong existing network in a target market.
