- 5 years of professional graphic design experience within retail, lifestyle brands, consumer brands, or creative agencies, with demonstrated success delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Adobe Express, and Adobe Firefly, with strong expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, scalable design systems, brand stewardship, and exceptional execution across digital, print, and retail environments.
- Experience creating content for ecommerce, email marketing, social media, print collateral, retail signage, and environmental graphics.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, materials, and digital asset production.
- Ability to create high-quality photo and video content for retail and social channels.
- Strong merchandise styling instincts and an excellent eye for composition.
- Experience collaborating with motion designers or creating motion content; After Effects experience is a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain scalable design systems across campaigns and channels.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and providing thoughtful creative feedback.
- Passion for home, lifestyle, design, and trend-driven retail environments.

- Produce highly crafted, customer-focused creative efficiently to support a fast-moving retail business.
- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems that scale across channels, campaigns, and store environments.
- Ensure all creative work aligns with brand standards while continuously elevating visual quality and execution.
- Lead the design and execution of in-store signage, environmental graphics, and customer-facing retail experiences.
- Capture and create in-store content through photography and video, including elevated product and lifestyle imagery.
- Support agile studio photography initiatives by styling and capturing compelling product imagery in a pre-lit studio environment.
- Incorporate motion and storytelling principles into digital experiences and campaign concepts to increase engagement and clarity.
- Partner closely with creative, copy, brand, merchandising, and production teams to bring concepts to life.
- Translate complex business and merchandising objectives into clear, engaging, and visually impactful communications.
- Manage projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time execution.
- Present creative concepts, design rationale, and recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior designers to elevate overall team output.
- Proactively identify opportunities and solutions that enhance creative impact beyond the original brief.
