Our agency client is looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to join their team in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- Hybrid 3 days onsite Tuesday - Thursday in their Chicago office (Fulton Market area)
- Temporary for the next 3-4 months for a leave coverage
This is and exciting role for a client facing Project Coordinator to join a fast paced team with 2 other team members in role reporting directly to Global Program Lead. You will be accountable for the end-to-end management, coordination, and delivery of all branding/packaging materials.
The ideal Project Coordinator will have:
- Agency Experience
- Client facing; strong communication between client and team directives
- Knowledge of PM tool like WorkFront or Monday.com
- Asset management experience (they use Mediabox)
- Fast paced, ability to make quick changes and flexible with client requests
- Branding or packaging background is a huge plus!
Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:
- Managing all Creative-phase tasks in Workfront, asset management , & project channels
- Writing up tasks and assigning resources.
- Creating client project channels MS Teams, as applicable
- Reviewing all Creative-phase deliverables prior to upload or handoff
- Creating and expediting strict timelines using approved timeline templates
- Obtaining alignment from Creative Director, Producer, Artwork PM, Prepress PM, and consult w/ Account Managers
- Informing the internal team of any changes impacting Creative-phase scope, deliverables, or timing
- Managing client communication related to Creative-phase scope, deliverables, and timing changes
- Owning project tracker to ensure accuracy and timeline adherence.
- Inputting concept for any projects in the Creative phase
- Attend all client briefings and daily intake meetings
- Owning intake, revisions and team notification during the intake and creative
- Providing internal teams with feedback during creative and artwork phases
- Providing project information to Producer for photo shoot planning
- Confirming receipt of photography product samples with Producer
- Attending all photography pre-production meetings
- Managing the retouch workflow and notifying Artwork PM of final imagery
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
