We’re seeking a highly organized and collaborative Creative Project Managers and Account Managers to support marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is responsible for driving the execution of creative projects from concept through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements are met while delivering high-quality marketing outputs. You’ll act as the bridge between creative, marketing, and compliance teams, helping bring impactful campaigns to life in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative project workflows across multiple marketing channels (digital, print, email, web, and campaigns)
- Partner with internal stakeholders including brand, medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) teams to ensure compliance and alignment
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
- Facilitate project intake, kickoff meetings, and status updates
- Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, agencies, and external vendors
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and regulatory guidelines
- Manage revisions and approvals through MLR review processes
- Maintain documentation and reporting on project performance and timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related
- 3-6 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment
- Experience supporting pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries strongly preferred
- Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes
- Strong understanding of marketing deliverables across multiple channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Jira, Monday.com)
