A rapidly growing multi-specialty healthcare organization is seeking a Physician Liaison to support referral growth and provider relationships throughout the Arkansas market.
This is a field-based business development role focused on building relationships with medical offices, referral partners, and professionals involved in post-injury patient care. The organization specializes in complex musculoskeletal and traumatic brain injury treatment within a fully outpatient setting.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, enjoys working independently in the field, and understands the personal injury, insurance, legal, or healthcare referral landscape.
What You’ll Do Build and maintain relationships with referral sources across your territory Conduct in-person visits with medical offices, clinics, legal professionals, and referral partners Educate referral sources on specialty care services and treatment pathways Grow referral volume through strategic account management and consistent follow-up Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions Maintain activity and pipeline management within Salesforce CRM Collaborate internally with providers and leadership to improve referral continuity and patient access Identify workflow or scheduling barriers impacting patient care and help resolve them Territory
This position is based in Little Rock, AR and supports the entire state.
This is a remote, field-based role with daily local travel expected.
