They are hiring Structural Engineers at all levels — from Intern through Licensed PE.
Compensation By Level
Intern: $18–$22/hr
Structural Engineer (EIT / Non-PE): $55K–$75K
Licensed Structural Engineer (PE): $90K–$120K base up to 15% annual bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
Designing structural systems (cold-formed steel, concrete, wood, structural steel, etc.)
Reviewing calculations and drawings for code compliance
Collaborating with architects, contractors, and production teams
Supporting multiple active projects simultaneously
Contributing to process improvement and engineering efficiency
Senior-level Engineers Will
Take projects from concept through completion
Manage high project volume
Delegate or outsource work strategically
Mentor junior engineers
Position themselves for leadership growth within 3–5 years
What They’re Looking For
Structural Engineering degree (or in progress for interns)
CAD proficiency
Strong structural design fundamentals
PE license required for senior-level role
Ability to work fully in-office in Fargo or Grand Forks, ND
