Job Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business within the assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with automotive installers, repair shops, dealerships, and commercial accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and territory canvassing
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Conduct daily in-person customer visits throughout the territory
- Communicate promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives to customers
- Utilize CRM systems to document customer interactions, track opportunities, and manage pipeline activity
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for account growth
- Partner closely with branch managers and internal sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support accounts receivable efforts and customer retention initiatives
- Develop territory growth strategies alongside regional leadership
- Maintain strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket products and industry trends
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience REQUIRED
- MUST have automotive aftermarket sales experience
- Experience selling to automotive repair shops, installers, dealerships, or service centers strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong business development and territory management experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within territory required
