We’re hiring a Hospice Liaison in Little Rock, Arkansas who wants strong earning potential, an established territory, and the ability to grow a book of business in a relationship-driven market. You’ll step into a field-based role focused on building referral relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving hospice admissions across a defined territory. You’ll work independently while partnering closely with clinical, intake, and marketing teams to support patient transitions and growth.

• Base salary of $70,000 to $80,000
• Uncapped commission, paid monthly
• $500 kicker for 2 new accounts in a month (no admits in last 2 quarters)
• 15 points = $3,000 bonus $150 per point above
• Existing book of business defined territory

• Autonomy in a field-based role

What makes you a great fit
• You have 2 years of hospice, home health, or healthcare sales experience
• You have an existing book of business in the local market
• You have no active non-compete (or ability to obtain release)
• You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• You have strong relationship-building and territory management skills
• You are self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $70,000 to $80,000
