Order Fulfillment Specialist

Salary: $75,000–$85,000

Seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage complex customer orders involving large, high-value products from contract completion through delivery and installation.

This role combines order management, logistics, operations, and customer service, with a strong focus on coordinating deliveries, third-party logistics providers, internal teams, and customer communication.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order confirmation through delivery, installation, and billing
• Serve as a primary customer contact after the sales contract is signed, providing proactive order and delivery updates
• Coordinate delivery dates, logistics activities, job assignments, and order completion
• Monitor order status and proactively address delays, expirations, and potential backlog slippage
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, internal teams, and customers to support smooth deliveries
• Process purchase orders and support accurate inventory and stock movement
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and service information within CRM and ERP systems
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional solutions
• Support customer care activities and post-delivery follow-up
• Conduct customer satisfaction outreach following delivery and proactively resolve outstanding concerns
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and in accordance with internal policies and sales conditions
• Support both B2B and B2C customer segments and cross-train across multiple business lines
  
  

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, fulfillment, logistics, operations, or a related role
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience coordinating logistics and working with third-party logistics providers
• Ability to manage a high volume of active orders while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of customer needs
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple customer and operational needs simultaneously
• Comfort working across multiple business systems and maintaining detailed order information
• Ability to work onsite in Jersey City Monday–Friday on a 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule

• Experience supporting luxury goods, premium products, large capital equipment, or other complex delivery-based products
