What You’ll Be Responsible For
Organizing daily and weekly maintenance work plans and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
Prioritizing work and allocating labor and resources to maximize operational efficiency
Setting and enforcing standards for safety, craftsmanship, and technical skill
Partnering with cross-functional teams to minimize production disruptions
Maintaining hands-on awareness of active maintenance jobs through regular floor inspections
Keeping leadership informed on department performance, challenges, and progress
Ensuring all maintenance work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
Mentoring maintenance personnel, providing feedback, and ensuring work is completed correctly
Delegating urgent or unplanned maintenance activities appropriately and safely
Driving process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Applying strong working knowledge of hydraulics to troubleshoot and maintain equipment
Ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards and safe work practices
Key Deliverables
Timely completion and implementation of maintenance projects
Achievement of cost and timing objectives
Support of product launches, including PPAP, QS9000, and related requirements
Overall housekeeping of maintenance and production areas
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in mechanical or electrical technology (preferred) or equivalent hands-on experience
5 years of maintenance experience, including supervisory responsibility
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
