We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Estimator to join our growing team. This is a full-time, in-office position based at our headquarters, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong understanding of drywall and millwork scopes and materials. Familiarity with PlanSwift or OnScreen Takeoff is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive and competitive project estimates.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs, pricing, and bid proposal preparation.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, operations teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scope coverage.
- Develop budgets and cost plans in the early stages of project development.
- Track historical data to determine accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Participate in bid reviews and negotiations with leadership.
- Maintain organized records of takeoffs, proposals, and revisions for each project.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating (drywall/millwork strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in PlanSwift or OnScreen Takeoff
- Strong understanding of construction documents and specifications
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
