We are seeking a hands-on, business-minded Community Manager to oversee daily operations and business performance for a residential community.
This role is closer to running a small business than traditional property management. You’ll lead a small on-site team and manage budgeting, collections, leasing and occupancy, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day resident experience.
