Compensation
Base Salary: $180,000 – $225,000

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) & Operator to lead and grow a home infusion pharmacy operation in Lebanon, NH.
This individual will oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, clinical care, team leadership, and business development while helping build and scale the pharmacy throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for the pharmacy Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, USP , and accreditation standards Oversee sterile compounding, dispensing, inventory management, quality assurance, and daily pharmacy operations Review and verify medication orders for clinical accuracy and patient safety Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, payors, and referral partners Provide patient counseling and clinical support for home infusion therapies Help launch, develop, and grow the Lebanon, NH pharmacy operation Build strong relationships with hospitals, providers, specialty clinics, and community partners Recruit, train, mentor, and lead pharmacy team members Drive operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and business growth initiatives Qualifications Active New Hampshire Pharmacist License (or ability to obtain before start) Eligible to serve as a Pharmacist-in-Charge under New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy regulations Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, sterile compounding, and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business Preferred Experience 5 years of pharmacy experience Previous experience as a: Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) Pharmacy Manager Director of Pharmacy Supervising Pharmacist Experience in: Home infusion pharmacy Specialty pharmacy Hospital pharmacy Ambulatory infusion Knowledge of therapies including: Biologics IV antibiotics Immunoglobulin therapy (IVIG) Parenteral nutrition Experience launching, expanding, or scaling pharmacy operations preferred Benefits Full Medical, Dental & Vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off & paid holidays Life & disability insurance Continuing education support Profit-sharing opportunities Equity/ownership opportunities
