About the Role:
- Serve as a Strategic Partner: Work closely with plant leadership to drive HR decisions that impact business success.
- Lead Workforce Planning: Develop strategies to attract, retain, and engage a diverse and skilled manufacturing workforce.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8 years in HR leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing setting.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment laws, and HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, etc.).
- Bilingual: Fluency in French and English language skills (written/verbal).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and influence key stakeholders within a matrix-led organization.
