Requirements
- 8 years in HR leadership roles, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employment laws, and HRIS systems (Workday, Kronos, etc.).
- Bilingual: Fluent in French & English language skills (written/verbal)
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and influence key stakeholders within a matrix-led organization.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing HR teams and cross-functional Manufacturing Leadership teams.
