Salary:

Analyst I

$3,861.00 - $4,839.00 A

$4,181.00 - $5,233.00 B

$5,014.00 - $6,276.00 C

OR

Analyst II

$6,031.00 - $7,547.00 A

*New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships with staff, leadership, and external partners while exhibiting a high degree of professionalism, interpersonal skills, exercising open-mindedness, diplomacy, flexibility, tact, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects with short-term deadlines in accordance with current laws, rules, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrate ability to independently analyze and solve complex problems and recommend an effective course of action, perform completed staff work, and establish priorities for the completion in accordance with sound time-management methodologies.
