Covered California is seeking a Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design Specialist to help drive innovative advertising and marketing campaigns that connect Californians to affordable healthcare. In this role, you'll combine project management expertise with creative vision, overseeing the development of graphic design elements, campaign strategies, and digital media initiatives. As a key contributor to our Marketing Division, you'll collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality creative assets, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure campaigns align with Covered California's mission.

Salary: $6,623.00 - $8,290.00 per Month

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Must be proficient on the MacOS platform, as well as the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and a recognized technical resource in the creative and graphic design-related field.
- Experience managing creative strategy, brand development and implementation of high-profile, multi-channel advertising campaigns, from concept through production.
- Solid project management experience, including development and management of timelines and budgets while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Knowledge and understanding of primary research techniques to test and validate effectiveness of advertising, and experience evaluating and applying research findings to inform creative.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
