Salary: $4,977.00 - $6,237.00 per Month
New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in Quality Assurance and Customer Service programs, with an emphasis on experience in a call center environment, including monitoring and improving service delivery standards.
- Demonstrated ability to review, interpret, and implement organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Experience leading teams, including addressing performance issues constructively and fostering a culture of recognition and positive reinforcement.
- Skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing workloads, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and other relevant software to support operational needs.
