Covered California is seeking a Supervisor II, Analytics and Informatics Section Manager in the Plan Management Division who will lead the Analytics and Informatics section under the general direction of the Assistant Deputy Director. This position oversees data analysis on network performance, including coverage and accessibility, quality and performance analytics, including interpreting, assessing Covered California membership, and pricing, and in-depth analyses of health care market conditions and data trends. The Supervisor II also supervises professional staff and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, support strategic initiatives, and maintain effective communication and system management.

Salary: $7,872 - $9,781 per month

Qualifications We’re Looking

• Supervisory experience leading professional analytical/technical staff.
• SAS, Tableau, or similar data analytic tools experience.
• Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act, Qualified Health/Dental Plan operations, and network related processes.
• Experience with contracts and special projects, including SharePoint and web content management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
