We're hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Eugene, OR, to lead a busy community pharmacy backed by one of the nation's largest retail pharmacy networks. What You'll Do
- Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate prescription dispensing
- Manage and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Provide medication counseling, immunizations, and patient education
- Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory, and operational performance
- Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Develop your team and promote a collaborative work environment
- Build lasting relationships with patients and local healthcare providers
What We're Looking For
- Active Oregon Pharmacist license or ability to obtain one
- PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- Retail or community pharmacy experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule
- Previous pharmacy management experience preferred
