We're hiring a Float Pharmacist in Grants Pass, OR, to support community pharmacies across Southern Oregon. This direct-hire opportunity offers competitive compensation, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and the resources of one of the nation's largest retail pharmacy networks.

You'll work with established pharmacy teams while providing quality patient care across different communities.

What You'll Do

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure patient safety
• Provide medication counseling, immunizations, and patient education
• Support daily pharmacy operations across assigned locations
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Adapt to different pharmacy teams and workflows while maintaining consistent patient care
• Build positive relationships with patients and pharmacy staff

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license or ability to obtain one
• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
• Ability to travel between assigned pharmacy locations
• Flexibility to work a changing weekly schedule, including rotating weekends
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred but not required
