We're hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Tillamook, OR, to lead a busy community pharmacy backed by one of the nation's largest retail pharmacy networks. This direct-hire opportunity offers competitive compensation, a $65,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and annual bonus potential.

You'll have the resources of a large organization while building relationships with patients in a close-knit coastal community.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe and accurate prescription dispensing
• Manage, coach, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Provide medication counseling, immunizations, and patient education
• Oversee pharmacy workflow, inventory, and operational performance
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Develop your team and promote a collaborative work environment
• Build lasting relationships with patients and local healthcare providers

What We're Looking For

• Active Oregon Pharmacist license or ability to obtain one
• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Retail or community pharmacy experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule
• Previous pharmacy management experience preferred
