We're hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Wellington, KS, to lead daily operations, support a pharmacy team, and provide quality patient care. This position offers competitive pay, a substantial sign-on bonus, and a 40-hour workweek with every third weekend rotation.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and support pharmacy technicians and staff
• Ensure safe, accurate prescription dispensing and regulatory compliance
• Provide medication counseling, immunizations, and patient education
• Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, and operational performance
• Develop your team while maintaining high standards of patient care
• Build relationships with patients and local healthcare providers

What We're Looking For

• Active Kansas Pharmacist license or ability to obtain one
• PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including every third weekend
• Previous retail pharmacy or management experience preferred
