We're hiring an Assistant Pharmacy Manager in Virginia Beach, VA, to join an established grocery-based retail pharmacy. With up to 1,100 prescriptions per week, you'll have the opportunity to focus on patient care while helping lead a pharmacy team.

What You'll Do
- Support the Pharmacy Manager with daily operations and workflow
- Verify prescriptions and ensure safe, accurate dispensing
- Counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services
- Help supervise, train, and support pharmacy technicians
- Assist with inventory management and regulatory compliance
- Build relationships with patients and support their ongoing healthcare needs
What You'll Need
- Active Virginia Pharmacist license in good standing
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited program
- Current immunization certification and BLS
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication safety
- Retail or community pharmacy experience preferred
