We’re hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Clarksville, IN for a direct-hire opportunity offering up to $77/hr. You’ll lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, support and develop your team, and help ensure patients receive safe, efficient, and high-quality pharmacy care.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a pharmacist who enjoys working with both patients and staff while taking ownership of pharmacy operations and performance.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily pharmacy operations and oversee pharmacy workflow
- Supervise, coach, and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
- Manage staff scheduling and day-to-day coverage
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Oversee medication inventory, ordering, and recordkeeping
- Monitor third-party billing, audits, and insurance issues
- Address patient questions and concerns
- Track pharmacy operational, financial, and clinical performance
- Build relationships with local healthcare providers
- Support clinical programs and community health initiatives
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited U.S. pharmacy program
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- At least 2 years of pharmacy experience, with retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
