- Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments using hotel management software
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and resolve issues swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Promote hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience and encourage repeat visits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest relations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
