Duties

- Check guests in and out accurately using hotel management software, ensuring smooth operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving issues with a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with precision and confidentiality
- Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure data accuracy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations throughout every interaction
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to communicate effectively with international guests
