Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, cooking, and assembling dishes using proper food handling techniques
• Manage buffet setup, replenishing items as needed to ensure freshness and availability
• Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and order processing
• Buss tables and clear dishes promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Support catering or banquet setups for special events or group breakfasts when required
• Follow all food safety protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction handling
• Experience with meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide friendly guest service and handle phone etiquette professionally
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety regulations is a plus
• Prior experience as a host/hostess, catering assistant, or in hotel or restaurant settings is advantageous

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
