We are looking to add members to our breakfast team. We are looking for part time breakfast attendants, working 1-2 shifts per week. Breakfast is served Monday-Friday 6:30am-9:30am and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-10:00am. You will need to be here an hour prior to breakfast start. The shift is finished after everything is cleaned and restocked.
Summary
Providing our Express Start complimentary breakfast to our guests in the morning is paramount to creating a great hotel experience that guests love. The breakfast attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and taking down the breakfast buffet. We are open 24/7 so we ask that every other weekend is required, but if wanted you may work every weekend. Holidays are also required, but they are on a rotated schedule. We are very flexible with scheduling. Each of our employees are also entitled to an employee rate benefit for any IHG property. Also each employee will receive a free family pool membership to our indoor pool.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Work in the morning hours from 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM to successfully carry out all duties.
- Cook and prepare breakfast foods to satisfaction.
- Plate and serve food to guests
- Keep breakfast area stocked and maintained during breakfast hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours.
- Interact with every guest encountered in a positive and upbeat manner. Accommodate special requests as needed.
- Keep tables, chairs, and countertops clean at all times.
- Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
