Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm, patience and a solutions-oriented mindset
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information using hotel management software
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management
- Provide exceptional guest services by offering local area insights, amenities information, and personalized assistance
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects the hotel’s hospitality values
- Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety at all times
- Enthusiastic about engaging with customers and helping drive revenue through strong service and product knowledge
- Maintain a reliable attendance record and be willing to communicate changes in availability proactively
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry roles
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic and friendly demeanor; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach
- Demonstrate ability to manage multi-line phone systems and deliver exceptional phone etiquette
- Demonstrate ability to handle night audit procedures confidently when required
- Prior hotel experience or resort background is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Knowledge of guest relations strategies and hospitality best practices to ensure guest satisfaction is desirable but not mandatory
- Basic computer functions knowledge
