- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Support appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software
- Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and general clerical support
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, supporting visitors, and managing customer support requests
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or as a receptionist with strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
