Duties
- Greet and assist guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure
- Assist with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, upselling, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Help with opening or closing, other duties as assigned, including cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Experience with food preparation
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality background with experience in guest services or food industry roles is a plus
