Responsibilities
- Greet guests in the lobby
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with guests and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Inspect guest rooms
- Check-in guests and escort them to the room when possible. Assist with baggage.
- Be the first point of contact for guests and resolve basic issues.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Able to lift 40 pounds
