We are looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our Landscaping Installation team! This is a lead labor position. We are a fun group to work with.
Job Description
Foreman/ Leader will be responsible for leading a crew from start to finish on various landscape tasks including:
- Equipment operation (dingo, mini excavator, skid-steer)
- Picking up Material
- Installation of: sod, hardscape, dirt, bark, fabric and rock.
- Irrigation installation
- Planting trees and plants
- Sod removal
Requirements for the Position
- Experience - Must have minimum of between 2-5 years experience in landscaping industry.
- A good attitude
- Able to effectively lead a team.
- Be a self starter and team player
- Be able to follow instructions and eager to learn
- Be dependable, punctual and ready to work.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- A valid Drivers License and be Insurable
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 pounds or more
- Able to walk and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service
- Safely operate company equipment and vehicles.
- Be able to comfortably back up a trailer.
- Be able for winter work if so desired (snow plowing and de-icing)
Benefits:
- Hourly Rate starts at $28 and up (Depending on Experience)
