We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in building high-quality outdoor spaces.
As a Landscape Installation Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team responsible for installing landscape projects from the ground up—plantings, irrigation, and hardscape elements. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on executing clean, efficient, and professional installations.
We’re especially interested in individuals with prior landscaping or construction experience—but we’re open to the right person who takes pride in their work and is motivated to grow.
We operate on a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), giving you consistent three-day weekends and more time for family and life outside of work.
What You’ll Do
- Install landscape projects including plants, sod, bark, rock, and other materials
- Assist with irrigation installation and basic layout
- Support hardscape installation (pavers, edging, base prep, etc.)
- Move and place materials efficiently and safely
- Operate tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Follow direction from Crew Leads while keeping workflow steady and productive
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and project expectations
What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Takes pride in clean, high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and prepared for the day
- Able to follow direction and work well within a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and insurable
What You Get
- Competitive hourly pay: $20–$28/hour (based on experience)
- 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 7:00–5:00)
- Consistent 3-day weekends
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 60 days)
- Retirement plan with company match
- Opportunity for growth within the company
- A team that values accountability, quality, and professionalism
- Top performers have the opportunity to advance into Crew Lead or Foreman roles with increased responsibility and pay
Who This Job Is Great For
- Individuals who enjoy building and creating finished outdoor spaces
- People who like physical, hands-on work and staying active
- Those who take pride in seeing a project come together from start to finish
- Experienced workers looking for a company with structure and standards
- Motivated individuals who want to grow into leadership roles
