Job Description
This is a hands-on, outdoor job that involves physical labor and leadership in the field. You will assist with landscaping and maintenance tasks while also taking ownership of job sites to keep work moving efficiently. No formal supervisor experience is required, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to stay on task without constant direction are a must.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, raking, weeding, cleanup)
- Assist with planting, mulching, and installing landscape materials
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools (shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, hedgers, blowers)
- Safely operate gas-powered equipment (hedge trimmers, string trimmers, blowers)
- Help load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions—heat, cold, rain, and wind
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Ensure all tasks are done with attention to detail—we take pride in quality work
- Lead and guide crew members on daily tasks when needed
- Keep jobs on track and communicate progress or issues to the owner
- Train team members on proper tool and equipment use
- Troubleshoot problems and adjust work as needed in the field

Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field
- Leadership experience preferred—ability to manage, train, and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and job site safety
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, professional, and able to set the standard for work ethic and performance
- Good communication skills and the ability to give clear directions
- Problem-solving mindset—ability to adapt and make on-the-spot decisions
