FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Location: Hayden, Idaho
Landscape Construction Crew Member: High end residential & commercial
Our projects include but are not limited to:
Retaining walls, pavers, synthetic turf and putting greens, french drains and erosion control, stone work, water features, irrigation, sod and plant installations, outdoor living spaces, site work, soil prep and outdoor lighting
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Site Work: Excavation, grading, drainage solutions, irrigation, soil prep, large scale planting
Mastering Installation of Hardscape: Natural stone and paver installations, retaining walls, proper base prep, drain prep
Equipment operations: Skid-steers, compactors, concrete saws, power tools

WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Perform a variety of tasks related to landscape design and site prep
- Working outdoors in all seasons
- Assist in construction of walkways, patios, pavers, retaining walls, steps, stone features and site grading
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools
- Load and unload materials, tools and equipment
- Perform physical tasks: digging, raking and planting
- Follow safety protocols
- Communicate efficiently and follow foreman's instructions
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work sites before leaving
- Respectful and professional behavior on clients properties
- May be asked to drive company trucks and pull trailers to and from job sites

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday
Expected hours: 40 - 60 hours per week
Weekly overtime during peak season
Winter work includes snow removal (on call) & light installations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
