We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in creating clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces.
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team responsible for maintaining garden beds and outdoor spaces for our clients. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering visible results on every visit.
Previous experience is not required for the right person. We’re willing to train someone who has the right attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
This is a seasonal position expected to run through early December, weather and workload dependent.
For the right person, there may be an opportunity to return for the next landscaping season, beginning approximately in March. We’re looking for people who are dependable, work well with our team, take pride in their work, and are a good fit for our company.
Schedule
We work a Monday–Thursday schedule and typically plan for four 10-hour workdays.
Our goal is to keep a consistent schedule with crews wrapped up around 5:00 PM, but landscaping is weather- and project-dependent. Some days may require a little extra time to finish a project, while others may end earlier if work is completed or weather impacts the schedule.
The four-day schedule provides consistent three-day weekends.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed garden bed maintenance, including weeding, light pruning, and plant care
- Prioritize visible areas to ensure each property looks clean and improved
- Remove invasive weeds and support overall plant health
- Maintain cleanup throughout the visit, including leaves, debris, and organic material
- Assist with loading and unloading tools and materials
- Support the Crew Lead in staying on schedule and meeting quality standards
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure every property is left clean, sharp, and client-ready
On Some Visits, You May Also:
- Take before-and-after photos
- Document completed work
- Note potential issues or recommendations
- Assist with seasonal cleanups
- Assist with planting and small landscape installations such as plants, bark, rock, and sod
