Landscape Maintenance Crew Member (Full-Time)
We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in creating clean, well-maintained outdoor spaces.
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll be part of a team responsible for maintaining high-end garden beds and outdoor spaces. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and focused on delivering visible results for our clients on every visit.
We operate on a Monday–Thursday schedule (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), giving you consistent three-day weekends and more time for family, recovery, and life outside of work.
What You’ll Do
- Perform detailed garden bed maintenance (weeding, light pruning, plant care)
- Prioritize visible areas to ensure each property looks clean and improved
- Remove invasive weeds and support overall plant health
- Maintain cleanup throughout the visit (leaves, debris, organic material)
- Assist with loading and unloading tools and materials
- Support the Crew Lead in staying on schedule and meeting quality standards
- Ensure every property is left clean, sharp, and client-ready
On some visits, you may also:
- Take before-and-after photos
- Document completed work and note recommendations
Additional Work Opportunities
We aim to keep our team working year-round. In addition to maintenance, you may assist with:
- Seasonal cleanups (spring and fall)
- Planting and small installations (plants, bark, rock, sod, etc.)
- Basic irrigation installation and repairs
- Winter services: snow removal, de-icing, and shoveling
