Document Control Representative

 Location Denton, TX (76208) | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $16.50 per hour

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Temporary assignment through at least July

The Document Control Representative ensures timely and accurate processing of inbound documentation that supports funding and title operations. Success in this role means maintaining organized digital records, minimizing processing delays, and supporting internal teams with precise document handling and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, open, and sort incoming mail in a timely manner

• Identify, scan, index, and upload documents into the company’s document management system

• Manage and monitor fax queues and electronic funding inbox (email correspondence)

• Match documentation for title processing and provide support to the title department as needed

• Maintain accurate records while meeting productivity and quality standards

Minimum Qualifications

 • 1 year of data entry or document control experience

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organizational skills and high level of accuracy

Core Tools & Systems

• Document management systems (DMS)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Email and fax management platforms

• Scanning and digital imaging equipment

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting funding or title processing functions

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work queues

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
