Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support a leading client in the automotive space. This position is responsible for auditing and inputting lease and retail contracts into a portfolio system with a high degree of accuracy. This individual will verify information, identify discrepancies, and communicate issues clearly while ensuring all state and MBFS requirements are met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with basic financial calculations, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Audit and input lease and retail contracts into internal systems with a high level of accuracy
- Verify contract data, identify inconsistencies, and communicate discrepancies to appropriate stakeholders
- Validate supporting documentation to ensure compliance with state and MBFS requirements
- Perform basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) to confirm financial accuracy of contracts
- Follow established processes while adapting to frequent changes and overtime requirements
- Collaborate with regional teams and dealership personnel to resolve issues and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
- Prior administrative or data entry experience
- High school diploma or higher
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy
- Basic math skills and ability to validate financial information
