Manager Shop Operations

responsible for supervising fabrication personnel and overseeing the safety, production output, and quality control of all mechanical systems manufacturing — including sheet metal and pipe fabrication, equipment processes, and implementation. This position reports directly to senior construction leadership.

• Solid general math skills and hands-on mechanical aptitude

• Ability to obtain, measure, execute, and report data to maximize output
• Systematic problem solver with a track record of hitting production targets
• Working knowledge of sheet metal and pipe fabrication processes
• Familiarity with fabrication prints, spools, and submittals
• Working knowledge of welding, fitting, and fabrication techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• 5 years of supervisory experience required

• Interface cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, logistics, and sales
• Participate actively in problem-solving teams and scheduled meetings
