Responsibilities
- Promote and ensure strict compliance with QHSE standards and company quality policies across all operations.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise well intervention activities within your designated district, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate Field Engineers and Technicians; oversee their training, development, and performance.
- Manage workshop operations, maintenance schedules, and optimize asset utilization to maximize productivity.
- Oversee equipment and spare parts procurement through the company’s systems, ensuring timely availability.
- Implement and enforce internal business processes, reporting systems, and documentation controls.
- Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager/Director regarding operational performance, project progress, and key issues.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to enhance service quality.
- Lead investigations into HSE and quality incidents, communicating lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports, including monthly activity summaries, equipment performance, and weekly updates.
- Conduct field audits assessing HSE and quality compliance, ensuring documentation traceability.
- Serve as the operational liaison between Operations and Sales, maintaining professional client relationships.
- Support planning and documentation of non-routine operations and special project requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Well Intervention, Wireline, or related oilfield services, preferably as a Senior or General Field Engineer.
- Strong background in QHSE management and working in compliance-driven environments.
- Proven experience managing field personnel, assets, and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in technical reporting and presentation tools.
- Willingness to travel, work irregular hours, and relocate if necessary.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
