You will represent a comprehensive portfolio of industrial flow control and automation products across diverse markets, playing a vital role in driving growth and delivering technical sales support in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned territory within Western Montana, including Helena, Great Falls, and surrounding regions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Provide technical sales support and product expertise across full product portfolios, including valves, actuators, and controls.
- Represent products across multiple industrial sectors such as utilities, oil & gas, mining, chemical processing, sugar mills, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Travel up to 75% locally, with minimal overnight stays for training and customer testing.
- Utilize your territory knowledge to identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including background checks, drug screening, and safety standards.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial automation sales or related field.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support complex product solutions.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and personal vehicle for frequent local travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a self-driven, goal-oriented manner.
- Knowledge of Montana’s industrial markets is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to comply with all safety and driver policies, including background and credit checks.
