Occupational Therapist (OT) - Mobile Outpatient

Occupational Therapist | Full time

Provide outpatient rehabilitation services primarily in in-home settings for older adults, including private residences and independent living facilities. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and promoting functional independence through techniques addressing cognitive, motor, sensory, and daily living skills. The role involves supervising support personnel, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ordering supplies, ensuring safety, and maintaining documentation. The therapist adapts therapy programs to individual needs, trains patients in the use of adaptive devices, and performs reexaminations to modify treatment as necessary. Emphasis is placed on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Valid, unencumbered state license
• Reliable transportation or valid driver’s license
