Travel Physical Therapist - Full-Time

Role: Travel Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health, providing outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.

• Responsibilities: Conduct regular patient visits, perform assessments such as start of care, recertification, and resumption of care, and manage patient care within a 50-mile radius.
• Qualifications: Valid ND Physical Therapy License, BLS certification, minimum 1 year of experience, preferably with Home Health and OASIS training.
• Skills: Ability to perform assessments, manage patient care remotely, and work independently with minimal clinical involvement.
• Additional Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, capability to manage patient visits efficiently, and adherence to dress code (scrubs of black, navy blue, or grey).
  
  

Key Duties: Provide outpatient therapy in patients' homes, perform assessments, and coordinate care with clinical support. Short orientation with a preceptor is included.
