- Caring for and monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatments.
- Preparing dialysis machines and components, explaining procedures to patients, and inspecting access sites and equipment.
- Starting treatments as ordered, monitoring for adverse reactions, and ensuring safety standards.
- Assisting with inventory and supply management in the clinic.
- High school diploma or equivalent; dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience preferred.
- CPR certification within 90 days, ability to pass color vision tests, and completion of dialysis training within 12 weeks.
- Meet CMS-approved certification requirements, maintain current certification, and demonstrate basic computer and communication skills.
- Must be adaptable, organized, discreet, and able to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
