Job Title: Vendor Enablement Specialist (Hybrid – Irving, TX)
Description:
Looking for a hungry, high-energy professional (2-4 years experience, not a fresh grad) to join a fast-paced tech company. You’ll own vendor verification and enablement within Coupa or SAP Ariba—calling vendors, confirming setup, driving adoption, and managing contracts.
No Coupa experience needed (we’ll train), but you must have polish, accuracy, and hustle.
Key Tasks:
- Verify and onboard vendors in Coupa
- Call vendors to ensure setup and active usage
- Manage contract data with precision
- 2-4 years into your career in a professional environment
- Highly organized, professional, and coachable
- Ready to learn a new system fast and own the process
